Why We Exist
Many young people grow up being told what kind of success to aim for. We take a different view.
We believe the future belongs to those who find what energises them—whether it's gaming, design, storytelling, or making—and who learn to turn that energy into something that creates value for others.
Scaffolds Stories exists to prove that young people don't have to abandon what they love in order to build meaningful, sustainable livelihoods. Through the journeys we document, we show what's possible when creativity meets purpose.
What We Do
We feature makers, creators, builders, and indie entrepreneurs across Asia who embody a simple but powerful truth: passion, when combined with dedication and purpose, can become the foundation for meaningful work.
Each story explores:
- The Journey — How they discovered their passion and took the first steps

About KWHD / Scaffolds
Scaffolds Stories is a project by KWHD, a holding and investment company focused on building the future of passion-driven education and creative entrepreneurship across Asia.
Through our education division, Scaffolds, we design experiential learning programmes where students apply their interests—from art and design to technology and storytelling—to tackle authentic community challenges. We partner with schools, social enterprises, and organisations to create pathways from discovery to real-world application.
Our mission is simple: help young people discover their passions, develop their capabilities, and deliver impact that matters.
The creators we feature in Scaffolds Stories embody this philosophy. They demonstrate that you don't have to wait for permission to build a life around what you love—you just have to start.

We look for creators who:
